With TITAN we now have full, instant visibility and a lot more time every week. We feel like we have been really looked after – and the aftercare, which was one of our worries has been superb – quick responses, nothing is ever too much trouble.
We were having problems with our existing DMS as it did not have an integrated accounts module so we had to have a separate integration. This was wasting an hour of my time every day and from the Owners perspective, David didn’t know exactly where his business was in real time. John (Titan Business Development Manager – UK) made a prospect call to David (Owner) and it was at the time when we had just started thinking of change, and it went from there.
To be honest, we didn’t look at anything else as from the very first phone call and subsequent meeting we immediately got on with John and Gareth (Operations Manager – UK) and loved their passion for the product and the service they provide.
After we had agreed everything, the implementation team arrived and did a 2-day scoping visit fully getting to understand our business and the way we work and what we wanted from TITAN. The training was the best we could do with, with what we had. The guys on the implementation were brilliant – they helped everyone whenever it was needed and they stopped for as long as we wanted – cannot fault the implementation.
It was a very big change in some areas of Seeker with us having to make process changes internally and some system input for people that previously didn’t have much, but it all went very well. John gave us a lot of big assurances pre-sale about the service we would receive etc, but TITAN has 100% delivered on this. Within the first month, we could see that the system was working well and all of the pieces were falling into place from a Seeker perspective. So far, it’s a big improvement.
PARTS
Our Parts Statements are finally accurate!! It has improved the Parts department as a whole, significantly.
SERVICE
At Seeker, all of our work is internal but all aspects of the department have been streamlined and we can now see our department efficiencies and financials in real time.
VEHICLE/SALES
All salesmen now raise orders on system and have a lot more control over the pricing and seeing profit margins on vehicles.
CUSTOMER SERVICE (CRM)
All Sales staff now have full visibility of all prospects/customers/vehicles and a full communication history that is vital for that department moving forward.
FINANCE
Our finance department was out of the DMS requiring tedious integration. All that has gone and we now have instant figures and again, processes have been streamlined and hours a week saved.
It is a fantastic system, and you can grow with it when it is in with all the enhancements due. It is so customizable that you can tweak it make it work for you as we are all different and as much as they say they will support you, they DO support you.
The price alone was very attractive, saving us money every month and everything so far promised to us has been delivered – and the service really is different – we feel really looked after. We want to grow with TITAN. New system enhancements, mobile apps and integrations will all be welcomed
